Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Learnify ("Service"), operated by Learnify ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Learnify. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must create an account to use Learnify. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your information up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be inaccurate, or if you violate these Terms.
Learnify is a subscription-based service. Access to the full Service requires a paid subscription. We offer the following plans:
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Free trials are available to new users only. We reserve the right to determine eligibility and to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at liam@learnify.studio. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Learnify uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content, including lessons, quizzes, and curricula. You acknowledge that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these rules without prior notice.
The Service and its original content (excluding AI-generated content and user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Learnify. Our trademarks, logo, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content as necessary to provide the Service.
Learnify integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), Anthropic (AI), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that any content obtained through the Service will be accurate or reliable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Learnify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Learnify and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date, or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
